Das 3-Zimmer Apartment (72m2) ist fabelhaft gelegen, bietet einen Blick auf den Untersberg und auf die Festung Hohensalzburg. Eine romantische Radl- und Joggingstrecke, führt direkt vom Haus zum Schloss Hellbrunn und in die Altstadt.

Both bedrooms have large, beautiful wardrobes made of high-quality bamboo, zebrano wood and Lloyd Loom, as well as double beds in each. The bed in the master bedroom is made of solid carved mango wood. Bassetti bed linen and alpaca pillows.

A private parking space in front of the villa is reserved for you during your whole stay. Other free parking spaces are in the near vicinity. Excellent public transport connections. Wonderful jogging track directly from the house past a private horse stud farm into Hellbrunner Allee and the palace park. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. The rooms are also energetically cleaned. Enjoy a stylish experience.

Die Wohnung selbst ist äußerst geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, sehr gepflegt, top-sauber und alles ist mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet.

Regina selbst ist eine perfekt Gastgeberin, jederzeit verfügbar, persönlich mit Hinweisen und hilfreichen Tipps sehr engagiert. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen.

This charming unit is exactly as described, although the description doesn’t do justice to all the thoughtful amenities. We loved the location, which has the benefit of being a quick, convenient bus ride or 20 minute walk from the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a treat to have our morning espresso on the balcony. The host is friendly and helpful, and she leaves clear instructions and useful suggestions for renters.

I only write reviews if a stay was exceptional or horrible. Regina's apartment and her charming assistance were all we could ask for. And deserving of a 5-star rating. She left us welcome drinks and treats to start us off and helped us with a food delivery the night we arrived. Regina gave us great advice on her favorite local areas and venues near the apartment, and even escorted us to a hard to find, but very convenient public parking garage close to the Alstadt. She was a lovely landlord. The apartment was very pleasant to stay in, fairly quiet with lovely balcony to rest and relax. A three minute walk takes you to a local bus stop,and bus service that takes you almost anywhere in the Salzburg area. Bakeries across the street (yum!), and several restaurants within walking distance. We stayed 4 nights, and should have stayed longer!

This was one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed at. Regina is super helpful and a fantastic host. The apartment was absolutely spotless and it’s clear Regina takes very good care of the place. There are local shops and the bus stop for Salzburg old town is a few minutes from the apartment. Regina's home was so welcoming and she had a wonderful positive and peaceful energy. Her place was even prettier in person and she had so many extras - not only a fully stocked kitchen but plenty of nespresso capsules for our double cappuccinos in the morning and seasonings for cooking. She had bottled water for each of us for each day of our stay, beer, a bottle of prosecco and a full bottle of red wine. The sauna was amazing in the beauty bathroom. She had very clear instructions for all the appliances and amenities along with local recommendations. I usually stay at Leading Hotel of the World, but when I return to Salzburg, I will be staying at Regina's AirBnb!

Regina's place is truly exceptional. It was beautifully appointed, extremely well composed, and light filled. Regina  managed to express her personality and interests in the design of the space in a way that made the environment very engaging without ever being overbearing. The outside deck with a view of the mountains is a real bonus. The location was excellent, on a quiet peaceful lane, and yet steps away from  groceries, restaurants and an excellent bakery. The center of Prague was easily accessible with convenient public transportation located close to the apartment. If you enjoy waking the stroll into town is delightful. 

As a host Regina stands out above all others we have experienced. In addition to being a lovely person, Regina was very responsive, had excellent recommendations and went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay both comfortable and very memorable. I would  recommend Regina's place and Regina as a host without any reservation.

It’s hard to put into words how special our visit at Regina’s home in Salzburg was. After experiencing some unexpected travel issues in Czechia prior to arrival, Regina let us check in very early and get settled in which was so kind. Her Airbnb space is cozy, warm, colorful and has a spectacular view of the mountain. We spent many hours on the back deck reading and taking in the beauty. Everything is within walking distance, including a delightful bakery. Regina’s home has a wonderful, peaceful energy. The kitchen is lovely and fully stocked. Regina is one of a kind in the best way, an incredible host and genuinely wants to take care of her visitors (but allows plenty of privacy as well). She helped us get taxis scheduled and even offered to drive us when my mother in law needed to go home early. She is a wonderful person all around. We will never forget this experience, it was such a blessed one!

Such a beautiful place to stay.  The design of the apartment means it works really well and there is everything you need.  The location is quiet and peaceful but close to the bus stop to easily get into the centre of Salzburg and also enjoyed being close to walks with views of fields and mountains.  Regina was the perfect host too - friendly and caring.  Highly recommended.

The space is within walking distance of just about everything you could want. Bakeries, cafés, pharmacy, grocery stores, transit, etc. 

Regina‘s place is also tucked away in a quiet alley, making it a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day in Salzburg.

The interior was beautifully decorated, and had everything you could need. The balcony was a great escape with a calming view.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It is incredibly easy to find and right off the bus stop taking you into old town. The apartment was large and the deck was private and serene, looking out at the mountains. Regina greeted us and showed us around, and we were able to meet her beautiful dog who came to visit during our stay. This is such a beautiful apartment in a great location. We were greeted by Regina on arrival who is very welcoming and friendly with lots of tips on the local area. The apartment is clean, fully kitted out and decorated beautifully, complete  with a gorgeous twinkly Christmas tree! We enjoyed investigating local area with cafes, bakeries and supermarket a few minutes away. The old town is around 20mins walk but bus stop is very close to apartment with regular buses running. We highly recommend this place and will be back!

Regina’s place was perfect for us - it’s a beautiful and relaxing space, which we particularly valued after 2 weeks of travelling around Europe by train. Regina greeted us personally and the welcome drinks were a lovely touch. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the autumn sun, having relaxing saunas and the very comfortable beds. Regina directed us to a local swim spot (the Almkanal just a few mins walk away) which was a beautiful spot for a bracing dip. We enjoyed the walk into the old town and also found the local supermarket handy. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

This is a delightful apartment  and Regina is an exceptional host. Extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions.  The apartment is comfortable and stylish, and the host kindly left us some welcoming treats including wine, biscuits, beer etc. Be aware there is no oven, but adequate cooking utensils to make stove top meals, and a microwave.  Beautiful views of the mountains, great nearby walking path which goes into town, and also for miles in the other direction, great for biking, walking or running.  We prefer a quieter location and this fits the bill perfectly. Good local restaurants and bakery, grocery store 5 min walk.  Highly recommend!

I traveled with my mother to Salzburg and we had a wonderful time at Regina's place! Regina is very warm and welcoming and is a special and interesting person. We enjoyed talking with her and her recommendations. Her place feels like home from the moment you step in. The apartment is colorful and harmonious and you can spend hours just sitting on the porch enjoying the view of the mountain, peacefully. There's everything you need in the apartment and it's very spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and green, with everything within walking distance, including the busses that run every couple of minutes to the city center. You can also stroll to town or to Hellbrunn in the beautiful surroundings. We warmly recommend staying at Regina's place for a wonderful Salzburg trip.

This was a fantastic location as a friend and I explored Salzburg for a few days.  It was peaceful with a lovely balcony that faced the mountains.  It was even more conveniently location that we had imagined--you can grab the city bus in less than five minutes walk or you can walk to the Fortress and Old Town down beautiful, leafy streets in twenty minutes.  There are two grocery stores within just a few minutes walk as well as great bakeries. And Regina is a stellar host.  She had everything ready for our arrival including lots of local recommendations.  When the summer temperatures spiked one day, we found that she had already proactively supplied us with an additional fan to help beat the temporary heat.  Super thoughtful and responsive.  Would certainly stay here again.

Regina is truly a super host - very friendly and relaxed,  easy to contact and reactive, She even provided some small treats for our arrival to welcome us to the accommodation. The apartment itself is really lovely - clean and well appointed, and warm and cozy, with a balcony with lovely views to the mountains and garden. It has all the facilities you need for a nice weekend break. There are two direct buses from Salzburg to the apartment (100m to the bus stop) which are really convenient and we used all the time, but it is also only a 20 min walk to downtown too.

Regina also shared her knowledge of the local restaurants and bakeries etc, which we followed and which were very good! Cicchetta and Kombu are highly recommended, and Tortemacher bakery too. Thank you for a lovely stay in Salzburg!

Regina’s place is such a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful city and recharge. The space is decorated beautifully- such a fresh vibe with so many colors.  Sitting on the balcony enjoying the spectacular view was the perfect way to end each afternoon. The large bathtub and sauna were definitely a plus!  The kitchen has everything you could need for a visit, and there are two grocery stores only a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop that takes you to the old town only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Regina is an incredible host- so kind and helpful. I brought a hair straightener from amazing that worked horribly, and Regina gave me recommendations for where I could buy a new appliance!  She also gave great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local day trip destinations, such as Lake Fuschl.  Make sure to visit Regina’s jewelry shop in the garden before you leave to see some beautiful craftsmanship. I cannot recommend “Anam Kara” more enthusiastically!

Regina offers an absolutely delightful stay! The photos are completely accurate and the apartment is very comfortable. She was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I will gladly stay again! 

Additional details: Fast Internet. Outer shutters for sleeping in. Friendly hypoallergenic dog in her apartment below (often barks at passersby). Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Plenty of wardrobe space.

We had a wonderful time at Regina's place, with a great view of the mountains! There was plenty of space, large bedrooms and a sauna in the bathroom (!). Regina was extremely welcoming and a very responsive host. I would strongly recommend this place for a trip to Salzburg :)

This beautiful apartment is everything and more - the location is perfect with excellent restaurants and transport links outside the front door; stunning mountain views; a beautifully furnished space with everything you could need, including a balcony, great kitchen and bathroom  the most comfortable beds, silky linens. the photos don't do this place justice. Regina was  a gracious, knowledgeable and very kind host who went above and beyond - and we loved meeting her team-mate Miley!

Regina is a wonderful hostess, and her adorable dog Mayli is as sweet as can be. Regina went as far as referring and making an appointment with her own personal physician for my wife, who needed a minor medical procedure done while we were on vacation. 

As for the apartment, it is a cute and comfortable place to stay. It is as described and the photos are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. There's a horse riding school right around the corner, with the most welcoming owners ever. Bakeries and grocery stores are also close by. Altstadt Salzburg is about a 30 minute walk away. 

A small tip, if you plan on staying during the summer months, the apartment doesn't have air conditioning. Regina may have a portable unit, but we didn't bother to ask as the apartment cooled down enough during the evening and early morning hours.

All in all, a wonderful stay!
